What I collect
Name, email, age, native language, and the answers you give when booking a lesson or downloading a resource. Payment is processed by Wise, I never see or store your card details.

Français à Point (“I”, “me”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what data I collect and why.
Why
To prepare and personalise your lessons, to contact you about bookings, and, only if you opt in, to send occasional emails (new resources, availability, tips). You can unsubscribe anytime.
Storage
Your data is not sold or shared with third parties, except the payment processor (Wise) strictly to process bookings and payments.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing frenchonpoint@gmail.com.

Bookings & payment
All lessons and packs must be paid in full before the lesson is confirmed. Payment is processed by Wise.
Cancellation
Cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows, forfeit the lesson fee.
Packs
Prepaid packs are valid for the duration of the plan purchased (1, 3 or 6 months) from the purchase date, and are non-refundable but transferable to another person with prior notice.
Language of instruction
Lessons are conducted in French and English only. I may briefly switch to one of the other languages I speak to ease an explanation or translation, but these are not languages of instruction.
Conduct
I reserve the right to decline or end a working relationship with any student, with a pro-rata refund for unused prepaid lessons.
Liability
Lessons are educational in nature; no specific outcome (exam result, fluency level) is guaranteed.
