To prepare and personalise your lessons, to contact you about bookings, and - only if you opt in - to send occasional emails (new resources, availability, tips). You can unsubscribe anytime.
Storage
Your data is stored securely via [booking platform] and [email platform] and is not sold or shared with third parties, except payment processors (Stripe) and scheduling tools (Calendly/Acuity) strictly to process bookings and payments.

Bookings & payment
All lessons and packs must be paid in full before the lesson is confirmed. Prices are listed in AUD.
Cancellation
Cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows, forfeit the lesson fee.
Packs
Prepaid packs (5 or 10 lessons) are valid for [6 months] from purchase and are non-refundable but transferable to another person with prior notice.
Language of instruction
Lessons are conducted in French and English only.
Conduct
I reserve the right to decline or end a working relationship with any student, with a pro-rata refund for unused prepaid lessons.
Liability
Lessons are educational in nature; no specific outcome (exam result, fluency level) is guaranteed.
